About the role
- Serve as the key link between business teams and technical teams
- Understand clients' needs and analyze existing processes
- Propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements
- Organize and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
- Write functional specifications
- Support and validate the developments delivered
- Prepare and execute test plans (UAT)
- Write user documentation and train teams
Requirements
- Master's degree in Information Systems or an equivalent qualification
- 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects
- Proficiency in SQL querying and relational databases
- Good knowledge of project management tools (such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent ability to collect, organize and disseminate large amounts of information
- English level B2 required
