About the role

  • Lead and facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement)
  • Coach the team in Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement and high delivery performance
  • Support the Product Owner with backlog structuring, prioritization, and user story refinement
  • Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress
  • Ensure delivery transparency through effective use of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and data/AI teams to understand technical dependencies, risks, and constraints
  • Support teams developing AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment between technical work and product goals
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Assist in project planning, timeline oversight, risk management, and dependency coordination
  • Contribute to documentation standards, governance requirements, and compliance with organizational processes
  • Define, maintain, and report on key delivery and performance metrics (e.g., velocity, predictability, quality, OKRs)
  • Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership
  • Support continuous improvement by ensuring data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development practices
  • Technical acumen with the ability to understand architecture, data workflows, and engineering concepts
  • Hands-on experience supporting or delivering AI, ML, or data-driven products
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in English (working proficiency or above)
  • Nice to have: Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe)
  • German language skills
  • Experience with project management or PMO functions
  • Knowledge of enterprise Agile environments
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
