About the role
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, cross‑functional IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned initiatives, promoting clarity, accountability, and effective collaboration
- Define project scope, objectives, requirements, and key deliverables
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans—including schedules, estimates, resource plans, risk logs, and status reports
- Conduct project meetings and ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and communication across stakeholders
- Review and validate project deliverables to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with standards
- Manage vendor engagements, including task coordination, integration oversight, and deliverable reviews
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes
- Oversee project financials, ensuring visibility into budgeting, forecasting, and performance against plan
- Provide timely updates and facilitate efficient decision‑making through clear, concise reporting
- Capture lessons learned, promote continuous improvement, and obtain final project approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development
- Proven track record delivering cross‑functional IT programs or projects within a corporate environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience working in a global matrix organization
- Solid understanding of software development practices, methodologies, tools, and quality processes
- Familiarity with technologies supporting Privacy, Compliance, Legal systems, and website development
- Hands‑on experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet for backlog management, reporting, and tracking
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in creating dashboards, metrics, and reports in Excel and related tools
