About the role

  • Develop and maintain deep learning models to automate a variety of common Service Desk tasks
  • Build integrations with external systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and Microsoft Teams (using Python)
  • Work on additional automation initiatives beyond deep learning, primarily using Python
  • Collaborate within the Cognitive and Robotics team in Cloud Infrastructure Services
  • Exchange knowledge and experience with consultants, subject matter experts, and architects across the globe

Requirements

  • Well-educated or sufficiently self-taught in machine learning and information development
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM)
  • Fluent in: Python, PyTorch or Tensorflow
  • Experience working with API integration
  • A strong devotion for structure and a genuine affection for solving problems
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Fluent English
  • Nice to have: A good understanding of Transformer architecture
  • Experience working with BERT or similar state of the art Transformer architectures
  • A good understanding of NLP and NLU
  • Experience with creating reusable libraries
  • Ability to find automation possibilities, defining the scope and execute proper solutions
