About the role
- As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, you advise our clients on HR cloud software implementations covering HR Core and talent management.
- Focus on process design and optimization as well as analysis, concept design, implementation, operation and development of integration processes within the HR system landscape.
- Shape implementation projects as (part-)project manager and support clients in optimizing and implementing their processes in SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems.
- Facilitate workshops and advise business units on the feasibility of requirements and on innovations from releases and the SAP roadmap.
- Participate in acquiring new clients, support proposal processes, accompany presales meetings and help expand the business area around the HXM Suite.
- Support colleagues in building up knowledge and experience.
Requirements
- University degree or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in the HR core and talent management area and professional experience advising HR transformation projects and implementing SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in at least two of the following modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession & Career Development Planning, Recruiting, Learning
- Enjoy taking on responsibility and tasks quickly within projects
- Willingness to travel occasionally and very good German and English skills
