About the role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain requirement documentation including process flows, data models, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Develop a requirements management strategy outlining elicitation, documentation standards, and communication processes.
- Participate in backlog grooming, ensuring stories are properly defined, reviewed, and prioritized.
- Support the Product Owner in defining value, scope, and priorities for releases and sprints.
- Ensure project needs align with the Statement of Work (SOW) and highlight scope variances for change control.
- Build configurable, declarative Salesforce solutions using workflows, custom objects, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and other automation tools.
- Maintain a deep understanding of business processes to ensure solutions meet both current and future needs.
- Work with design and technical teams to ensure alignment on business requirements and solution architecture.
- Promote CRM best practices and ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise standards and governance.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, sustainable Salesforce applications.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem capabilities and upcoming releases.
- Contribute across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or DevOps environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years Salesforce.com configuration and administration experience.
- 5+ years business analysis experience.
- Proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of development tools and processes to support use case development and solution design.
- Advanced skills in critical thinking, analytics, and structured problem solving.
- Proficiency collaborating across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and platform best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑facing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- Ability to understand complex industry-specific requirements and convert them into actionable roadmaps.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Full lifecycle Salesforce implementation experience across the SDLC.
