About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Create and maintain requirement documentation including process flows, data models, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Develop a requirements management strategy outlining elicitation, documentation standards, and communication processes.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, ensuring stories are properly defined, reviewed, and prioritized.
  • Support the Product Owner in defining value, scope, and priorities for releases and sprints.
  • Ensure project needs align with the Statement of Work (SOW) and highlight scope variances for change control.
  • Build configurable, declarative Salesforce solutions using workflows, custom objects, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and other automation tools.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business processes to ensure solutions meet both current and future needs.
  • Work with design and technical teams to ensure alignment on business requirements and solution architecture.
  • Promote CRM best practices and ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise standards and governance.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, sustainable Salesforce applications.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem capabilities and upcoming releases.
  • Contribute across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or DevOps environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Salesforce.com configuration and administration experience.
  • 5+ years business analysis experience.
  • Proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong knowledge of development tools and processes to support use case development and solution design.
  • Advanced skills in critical thinking, analytics, and structured problem solving.
  • Proficiency collaborating across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and platform best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑facing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • Ability to understand complex industry-specific requirements and convert them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Full lifecycle Salesforce implementation experience across the SDLC.
