About the role
- You are responsible for precious metals controlling, as well as for in‑house orders and processing for Argor‑Heraeus SA in Switzerland.
- You are accountable for site controlling and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- You prepare the annual budget in close coordination with the Managing Director and the Head of Finance.
- You determine the monthly results, review them and develop proposals for result management for the following months.
- You perform profitability analyses and prepare decision papers for management.
- You handle the review of supplier invoices and examine transportation costs, including pass‑through charges to customers.
- You coordinate and document complaints, PM incidents and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) incidents.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on Finance / Controlling
- Several years of professional experience in site or production controlling; experience in the precious metals sector is an advantage
- Very strong analytical skills, confident with numbers, and solid knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP & Qlik advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and good command of English
- Independent, structured working style, high level of accuracy and strong sense of responsibility.
