About the role
- Take responsibility for the instrumentation, control and electrical (I&C) planning of process plants and auxiliary production facilities.
- Prepare control and automation concepts as well as tender documentation.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of exciting (Capex) projects, including commissioning.
- Actively contribute to the creation of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Carry out programming of PLCs, visualization (HMI/SCADA) and operator interfaces.
- Perform fault analysis and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Experience with PLC programming (S7 Classic and TIA) and Ethernet/Profinet.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations for electrical installations and chemical production plants.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP).
