Design, develop, and maintain Spring-based Java microservices for high-performance, scalable systems
Work on backend payment processing engines, ensuring secure and efficient transaction execution
Implement and support RT1 payment systems for real-time transactions
Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot MongoDB databases
Deploy, scale, and maintain applications on Kubernetes
Develop APIs and work with event-driven architectures

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering
Strong proficiency in Java and microservices architecture
Minimum 5 years of experience in deploying, scaling, and maintaining applications on Kubernetes
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB database management
Proven experience in the payments domain, specifically with backend engine development
Familiarity with RT1 payments or other ISO 20022-based payment schemes
Experience developing APIs and working with event-driven architectures using tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies
