About the role
- Lead end‑to‑end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Translate functional and business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, scalable design patterns, and platform limitations.
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components.
- Develop high‑performance, reusable, and reliable Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Build secure integrations leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and external systems as needed.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the development team.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams within an Agile environment.
- Lead and coordinate Daily Scrum Meetings, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Break down business requirements and user stories into executable development tasks.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects through peer review and testing cycles.
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate AppExchange products based on business needs and compatibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform (Administration, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning, Communities/Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and platform constraints.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, etc.)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Git, etc.).
- Experience with Communities/Experience Cloud configuration and customization.
