About the role

  • Lead end‑to‑end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate functional and business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, scalable design patterns, and platform limitations.
  • Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components.
  • Develop high‑performance, reusable, and reliable Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Build secure integrations leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and external systems as needed.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the development team.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams within an Agile environment.
  • Lead and coordinate Daily Scrum Meetings, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
  • Break down business requirements and user stories into executable development tasks.
  • Identify, track, and resolve defects through peer review and testing cycles.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and integrate AppExchange products based on business needs and compatibility.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform (Administration, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning, Communities/Experience Cloud, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and platform constraints.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, etc.)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Git, etc.).
  • Experience with Communities/Experience Cloud configuration and customization.
