Drive quality engineering initiatives, define automation strategies, and guide teams in adopting modern testing practices, AI-driven capabilities, and DevOps-aligned automation workflows
Work closely with business analysts and subject matter experts to understand business requirements thoroughly
Identify key business processes and translate them into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Develop and execute detailed testing strategies ensuring full coverage, timely execution, and high-quality outcomes
Provide regular testing status updates and report key quality metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and execution progress
Lead and mentor QA teams in automation tools, frameworks, and AI-enabled testing methodologies
Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency, effectiveness, and overall product quality using modern engineering practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in QA automation leadership or test architect roles
Deep knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, API automation tools, etc.)
Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience working with Git, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assist tools
Familiarity with DevOps concepts such as environment provisioning, monitoring, and release workflows
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
