Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to evoke, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with full stack development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups in Agile Scrum environments
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and root cause analysis for banking applications
Support UAT by defining test scenarios and tie with QA teams
Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Act as a bridge between business and technology ensuring clear communication.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking or Financial Services domain
Good knowledge of banking products, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with Java, .NET, CASPNET, ReactJS, and full stack architecture
Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
Excellent documentation skills using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
Good problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
