About the role

  • In close collaboration with the Group Head of Christian Louboutin Beauty, the Product Manager develops and implements the marketing strategy.
  • Leads new product developments, activations and management of existing ranges.
  • Contributes to the development of the strategic marketing plan (long-, mid- and short-term) in line with the brand's DNA for upcoming assets.
  • Prepares and writes formula and packaging briefs.
  • Manages product development from concept through execution.
  • Defines the set of activations to support markets during launches (360° product approach: Digital, Retail, Communication, Education) in coordination with internal expert functions.
  • Optimizes the marketing mix and product positioning.
  • Conducts market and trend analyses.
  • Analyses sell-in and sell-out data.
  • Assesses project profitability.
  • Manages the product development budget.
  • Monitors competitors and trends, performs competitive benchmarking and ad-hoc research.
  • Coordinates with internal teams for product development and associated 360° activations: communications, digital, studio, laboratory, retail design, packaging, etc.
  • Collaborates with industrial/expert teams on product feasibility.
  • Manages relationships with agencies and external partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in makeup product development
  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a business school, design school, art school or university
  • Fluent in French and English (required)
  • Genuine sensitivity, passion and curiosity for the fragrance/beauty universe and awareness of market trends
  • Knowledge of perfume development processes and experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative, innovative and proactive profile
