About the role

  • Support post-production processes for digital campaigns, including managing retouching notes, feedback rounds, and final asset approvals
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (retouchers, production teams, agencies) to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Assist in the organization, version control, and delivery of final content files
  • Support the creation of creative briefs and internal decks
  • Assist with production logistics, including managing sample and package deliveries, tracking shipments, and handling returns
  • Maintain accurate tracking of packages, deliveries, and content-related materials
  • Support the planning and upkeep of the social media content calendar
  • Assist with social media content coordination and publishing support
  • Ensure all content aligns with Carolina Herrera brand standards and timelines
  • Assist with the creation of influencer content guidelines

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Communications, Marketing, Fashion, Media, or a related field
  • Strong interest in fashion, luxury, and digital content
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented
  • Good communication skills in a professional environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms; basic understanding of content production processes is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with asset management tools is a plus
