About the role

  • Support the planning, execution, and governance of projects and programs across the organization.
  • Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and business units to ensure projects align with strategic goals.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and audit trails for cybersecurity programs.
  • Track deliverables and timelines.
  • Support risk and issue management processes.
  • Organize and protocol regular security meetings.
  • Track preparatory and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications.
  • Assist in preparing materials for audits, reviews, and executive briefings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity.
  • Outstanding communication skills in German and English, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Experience in PMO functions.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, NIS-2) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Cybersecurity and/or Compliance projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
