About the role

  • Reporting to Tax, Transfer Pricing & Statutory Reporting Manager about daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Preparation calculation and processing of complex General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, allocations
  • Procedures Initiation of accounting entries based on the non standard events and accounting rules
  • Managing of small team and ensuring that the delivery team will provide to high quality service
  • Own and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of tax and statutory reporting processes, including: statutory accounts, corporate income tax (CIT), VAT and indirect taxes, group tax reporting, query management, and ETR forecasting
  • Ensure high quality and accuracy of financial data provided to external Service Providers for tax compliance filings and statutory accounts preparation
  • Support process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives across tax and statutory reporting
  • Oversee and strengthen tax governance, controls, and SOP documentation in line with the Tax Governance Framework
  • Support complex topics and peak workloads, including escalation management
  • Cooperate with key stakeholders (Head of Tax & Statutory Delivery, Group Tax Centre, in‑market and regional finance teams, external auditors and tax authorities)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in tax and statutory reporting in an international environment (preferably SSC/BPO)
  • English skills proven in writing and speaking in C1 level
  • Strong expertise in statutory reporting, corporate tax, VAT / indirect taxes, withholding taxes, group tax reporting and forecasting
  • Solid understanding of month‑end processes and trial balance production
  • Experience working with or managing outsourced tax/compliance providers
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial data flows
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP accounting systems (ex. SAP, CFIN)
  • Track record of driving process change and continuous improvement
  • Curiosity, ownership, and a proactive, “can‑do” attitude
  • Nice to have Tax or statutory expertise in UK, US, Germany, Spain, or Australia
  • Advanced Alteryx knowledge
  • Additional languages (German, Spanish, French)
