About the role
- Assist Product Managers in the development of new products and in the day-to-day management of existing ranges
- Conduct creative and strategic research (mood boards, concepts, naming, packaging ideas)
- Participate in 360° launch planning, from creative concept to retail and digital activation
- Support the development of a 3-year marketing roadmap aligned with the brand positioning
- Prepare briefs for packaging and design agencies
- Analyze product performance and market trends
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and ad hoc market studies
- Coordinate with internal teams: Communications, Digital, Studio, Retail Design, Packaging...
- Work closely with local markets to support product launches and rollouts
- Collaborate with industry experts on product feasibility
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous internship in luxury, beauty, or FMCG marketing is a plus
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Creative with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, curious, and collaborative
- Comfortable with data analysis and trend research
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- Passionate about beauty, luxury, and innovation
