About the role
- Join Byredo’s Digital team as an International CRM Assistant
- Participate in the creation of personalized, high-impact CRM campaigns for key global markets
- Support campaign execution, data analysis and marketing automation
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs and follow up with internal teams
- Create and manage customer segments based on campaign objectives
- Contribute to weekly reporting and provide performance insights
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Previous internship in digital marketing, CRM or in the luxury/beauty sector is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with data and customer segmentation
- Curious, proactive and collaborative
- Interest in marketing automation and the luxury beauty industry
