About the role

  • Working with business stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into tailored Salesforce solutions
  • Analyzing and understanding complex business processes, working with Solution Architects to map them back to the Salesforce platform/product ecosystem
  • Implementing Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and promoting the use of standard Salesforce features
  • Working in global development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment, often collaborating with team members both offshore and onshore
  • Maintaining effective client relations and rapport – delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience as IT consultant or Business Analyst, with hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform
  • Previous experience working in close collaboration with development teams to implement or administer a Salesforce Application
  • Certified as Salesforce App Builder or Salesforce Consultant, hands-on experience with Agentforce, and familiar with the standard Salesforce functionality, preferably Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Good knowledge of delivery methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Agile, Waterfall), and application lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and German.
