About the role
- Ensure full visibility of cloud infrastructure environments
- Operate and evolve observability platforms in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Create and maintain dashboards, alerts and service health panels for critical services
- Analyze incidents and problems based on observable data
- Collaborate with SRE, DevOps and Security teams
- Automate processes for data collection and analysis
Requirements
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace)
- Knowledge of distributed systems architecture and microservices
- Familiarity with SRE and DevOps practices
- Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Ability to analyze logs, metrics and traces for troubleshooting
