About the role

  • In this cross-functional role, you will have significant scope to shape and, together with Heraeus Medical, actively expand product management for the globally growing market of innovative resorbable bone substitute materials.
  • You will develop the global product and brand strategy as well as the annual marketing plan for the new “Resorbables” division. From this, you will derive tactical measures and implement them in coordination with the assigned countries.
  • Based on the regulatory/approval strategy, you will actively manage product launches, including the corresponding launch activities for various countries.
  • Using trend and competitive analyses, you will design and define an appropriate value proposition and a sustainable, successful market positioning for the product.
  • Aligned with market needs, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, subject-matter experts, users and key opinion leaders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics (preferably with a focus on Marketing/Sales) or comparable experience
  • Ideally some initial leadership experience
  • At least five years of professional experience in brand or product management
  • Preferably knowledge of bone substitute materials and their interaction with human tissue
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong initiative, excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented working style and strategic thinking
