Build and scale data models, pipelines, and self-service analytics across the organization
Develop highly loaded database solutions for various business cases including reporting, product analytics, marketing optimization and financial reporting
Analyze scope of alternative solutions and make decision about area implementation based on experience and technical expertise
Lead functional and architectural design of assigned areas
Ensure design decisions on the project meet architectural and design requirements
Address area-level risks, provide and implement mitigation plan
Report about area readiness/quality, and raise red flags in crisis situations
Identify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercises
Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboards
Partner with team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutions
Manage and resolve client issue escalation and systemic improvements
Design, develop and implement large scale, high volume, high performance data models and pipelines for Data Lake and Data Warehouse.

Requirements

8+ years of total experience
4-5 years of total experience working in business intelligence, data analytics, Data engineering or a similar role
University degree in Computer Related Sciences or similar
Deep knowledge of ThoughtSpot
Experience with Tableau/Power BI is a plus
Years of hands-on Thoughtspot experience is a must
Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling techniques (e.g., dimensional modeling, 3 Nf, data vault)
Experience with data warehousing (ETL/ELT) and performance tuning experience
Proficiency in a programming language Python
Experience with modern data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, DataBricks, Redshift)
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
Excellent communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical teams
Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving, communication, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment, self-starter and self-organizing.
