About the role
- Support end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities and period-end close
- Prepare and process journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with agreed timelines
- Work closely with the client and internal teams to resolve accounting queries
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Act as a trusted team member, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement
Requirements
- Fluent level of English
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of end-to-end R2R processes and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
