About the role
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products
- Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
- Partner with the executive teams to identify key capabilities needed and potential issues
- Manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers capabilities on time
- Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging
- Monitor and evaluate product performance for constant iteration and improvements
Requirements
- Experience in leading requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing
- Familiarity with product marketing and developing positioning and messaging
- Ability to monitor and evaluate product performance
- Experience in managing product roadmaps and backlogs
- Skills in user acceptance testing and feature development
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and executive partners
