About the role
- Contribute to the development of the relationship with the Client through the implementation of CRM strategies
- Execute multichannel Marketing communication plans targeted at Clients
- Develop and implement multichannel direct marketing campaigns (segmentation, selection, analysis, and reporting)
- Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of direct marketing processes, aiming to maximize campaign ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar positions
- Strong knowledge of SQL and/or SAS (or another database tool)
- Experience in creating reports/dashboards (Power BI, Excel) is valued
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
- Teamwork skills and initiative
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of English (mandatory)
