About the role

  • Contribute to the development of the relationship with the Client through the implementation of CRM strategies
  • Execute multichannel Marketing communication plans targeted at Clients
  • Develop and implement multichannel direct marketing campaigns (segmentation, selection, analysis, and reporting)
  • Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of direct marketing processes, aiming to maximize campaign ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, etc.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar positions
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and/or SAS (or another database tool)
  • Experience in creating reports/dashboards (Power BI, Excel) is valued
  • Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Teamwork skills and initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of English (mandatory)
