About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, using sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights.
- Screen candidates, assess competencies, and ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Manage pipelines, map the market, and reach out to niche tech profiles.
- Maintain ATS data and support continuous recruitment process improvement.
Requirements
- Strong problem‑solving skills, client focus, and ability to support business transformation.
- Analytical thinking, active listening, adaptability, collaborative mindset, and a natural team‑player attitude.
- Confidence in decision-making, influencing stakeholders, and working in a fast‑moving environment.
