About the role

  • Design and implement robust, scalable AI and Generative AI solutions.
  • Lead and support teams (mentoring, code reviews, pair programming).
  • Contribute to defining hybrid architectures (Java + Python + AI).
  • Integrate AI models into business applications (APIs, microservices).
  • Ensure the technical quality, performance, and security of AI solutions.
  • Contribute to technical governance: technology selection and MLOps best practices.
  • Maintain technological watch on AI, Generative AI, and emerging frameworks.
  • Participate in Capgemini technical communities (AI, Cloud, DevOps).

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in Java and Python, including 2 years on AI/ML projects.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, enabling effective understanding and communication in a professional context.
  • Proficiency with AI frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face; familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.); knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps/DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, etc.).
  • Experience with process automation solutions (n8n or equivalent).
  • Strong interest in software architecture and technical leadership.
