About the role

  • Act as the central point of contact for active site readiness projects and rollouts.
  • Support the Data Migration Factory Manager in planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Assist project-assigned migrators with alignment, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Facilitate collaboration between PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MDG (Master Data Governance), and DMF (Data Migration Factory) teams to ensure smooth integration.
  • Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to governance standards across departments.
  • Monitor rollout progress and provide status reporting on readiness, risks, agreed and / or suggested mitigation plans, task owners and dependencies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in project coordination or data migration roles within large-scale ERP programs.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects or similar enterprise transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Experience in non-SAP and non-regulated source systems to SAP S/4 (or other large ERP) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and ERP rollout processes.
  • Ability to interpret migration requirements and coordinate across functional and technical teams.
  • Experience in issue tracking, prioritization, and dependency management.
  • Familiarity with data migration needs in transforming systems to SAP S/4HANA, including MDG, and PLM systems (Windchill is a plus)
  • Understanding data migration processes, tools, and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and reporting tools for tracking and documentation.
  • Fundamental knowledge of ETL concepts and data validation techniques.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project management approaches.
  • Knowledge of data migration best practices, including mock runs and cutover planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple rollouts simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
