About the role

  • You will assist in preparing and implementing 360° marketing plans for each retailer across our e-retail partners, including monitoring product launches and the promotional calendar.
  • You will be in daily contact with our e-retailers to: monitor the online publication of new products and ensure compliance with our brand guidelines on retailer sites;
  • Assist in developing and operationally implementing our brand spaces, product pages (visual assets, copy, etc.) and e-merchandising on e-retailer sites, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines;
  • Monitor the operational implementation of the annual promotional plan negotiated with e-retailers for each brand;
  • Prepare and follow up on digital briefs to agencies;
  • Support coordination of shipments for our GWP (gifts with purchase) and samples;
  • Coordinate our organic social media and CRM campaigns at our e-retailers;
  • Track and analyze the performance of our launches and conduct competitive monitoring;
  • Prepare 360° launch presentations and monthly performance reports;
  • Contribute to analysis of digital campaign performance: activation reports, KPI tracking and key learnings;
  • Assist in retailer presentations;
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses.

Requirements

  • Degree from a business school or equivalent in digital marketing, with first experience in this field
  • Interest in the luxury and cosmetics sectors
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Photoshop is a plus
  • Comfortable in a client-facing environment
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
  • Fluent in English
