Serve as a critical link between supply chain operations and corporate accounting
Ensure accurate costing processes, support inventory audits, and drive reconciliation between subledgers and the General Ledger
Document workflows, enhance reporting, and provide training to internal teams, enabling compliance and improved financial visibility
Understand and document the end-to-end costing module workflow
Prepare for the Year-End Inventory Audits
Reconcile variances between inventory subledgers and the General Ledger
Create detailed documentation of costing workflows and train Finance and Corporate Reporting teams to become superusers
Collaborate with FP&A to enhance margin reporting and support analysis of yield results (e.g., BCF Yield) as they relate to costing

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Strong knowledge of inventory costing principles and accounting standards
Experience with ERP systems and costing modules (Oracle Fusion)
Excellent documentation and process mapping skills
