About the role

  • End-to-end design and successful implementation of complex Ivalua solutions
  • Lead subprojects and advise stakeholders
  • Design and further develop end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions in Ivalua
  • Create architecture and integration concepts
  • Lead implementations, steer backlogs, and ensure quality assurance
  • Perform governance, change and stakeholder management
  • Support pre-sales activities such as effort estimation and the creation of demos
  • Share knowledge within the team

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the eProcurement / Source-to-Pay (S2P) environment – e.g., Ivalua, JAGGAER, Coupa or Ariba
  • Solid understanding of S2P processes such as catalog management, sourcing, contracts and workflows
  • Experience leading projects or subprojects and working with agile or hybrid methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
