About the role

  • Acting as a P2P SPOC, supporting and managing day-to-day finance and accounting processes in the following areas: Resolve AP queries and escalations
  • Monitor KPIs and not confirmed GR
  • Provide coding and monitor non PO invoices
  • Provide coding details for the invoice allocation
  • Reconcile VMS vs GFS and resolve issues, cash bonus, VMS SPOC
  • Manage Accruals – perform split by BU, manage level of accruals and justification
  • Monitor of AP Aging Process and procedure improvements /KSeF as CIT and Deff Tax Calculation
  • Take part in monthly and annual closing process, manage transactional part of GL activities
  • Support reporting, accounting / statutory, compliance and audit teams

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Extensive end-to-end process knowledge within P2P/R2A.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS.
  • Proven ability in designing, creating and implementing new solutions within finance processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • Experience in driving process improvements and delivering measurable benefits.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills.
