About the role

  • Contribute to the success of technical projects by ensuring their smooth execution and co-defining technical directions and methodologies with the team.
  • Analyze requirements and technical constraints to propose appropriate solutions while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Support developers in their skills development, notably through pair-programming sessions and mentoring.
  • Actively participate in the development of technical solutions (design, coding, testing, documentation) in collaboration with the team.
  • Intervene on complex technical phases, providing your expertise while promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain continuous technological watch and share discoveries with the team to drive collective innovation.

Requirements

  • Hold a higher education degree in computer science.
  • Have significant experience in software development.
  • Be comfortable with Java and Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate, as well as Angular 8+ / React / TypeScript.
  • Demonstrate a strong team spirit, foster team cohesion, and enjoy working in a supportive environment.
  • Be comfortable communicating in English in a technical context.
