Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT
Strong background in software development/engineering
Proven experience in technical leadership or team lead roles
Demonstrated expertise in business analysis and solution architecture/design
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong understanding of software development languages and tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and IT infrastructure
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and database management systems
Knowledge of integration and security best practices
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or CBAP preferred.
