About the role
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM
- Configure and customize CRM modules Sales Service Marketing
- Manage implementation testing and data migration
- Provide user training and postimplementation support
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of CRM consulting experience
- 5 years in Dynamics 365
- Strong knowledge of CRM configuration workflows and Power Platform
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred
