About the role

  • Contribute to the success of technical projects by ensuring their smooth execution, co-defining technical direction and working methods with the team.
  • Analyze requirements and technical constraints to propose suitable solutions while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Support developers in their skill development, notably through pair programming sessions and mentoring.
  • Actively participate in the development of technical solutions (design, coding, testing, documentation) in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

  • Hold a higher education degree in computer science.
  • Have significant experience in software development.
  • Be comfortable with multiple technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue, React, Node, Docker, etc., and have a good knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Front-end experience is a plus.
  • Have a collective mindset, be able to foster team cohesion, and enjoy working in a supportive environment.
  • Be comfortable communicating in English in a technical context.
