Define and drive enterprise and solution architecture strategy and governance
Lead technical design sessions to architect scalable, secure, and robust solutions
Ensure strategic alignment with client’s enterprise architecture and validate design decisions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Oversee development progress to maintain consistency with architectural vision
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies and deliver high-quality solutions
Guide Proof-of-Concepts to address customer pain points and accelerate innovation

Requirements

12+ years of experience in architecture with a strong focus on cloud-native solutions (Azure) and enterprise applications
Full-stack development using .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, Microservices)
Strong understanding and hands-on in development of full-stack development concepts for Web and Desktop applications using .Net technologies
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and modern integration patterns
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Proven technical leadership and team mentoring experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced practitioner of Scaled Agile Framework / Scrum methodologies
Experience in regulated industries (medical or life sciences) preferred
Familiarity with BDD, TDD practices preferred
Previous experience delivering customer-facing SaaS and/or digital products preferred
Understanding of regulatory/security requirements (HIPAA, FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, AAMI TIR-45, IEC 13485 etc) preferred
.NET industry certifications preferred
Azure certifications such as Solutions Architect Expert or DevOps Engineer Expert preferred
