About the role
- Writes requirements related to Treasury and Payments programs
- Writes detailed business design documents, process flows, and business solution designs
- Assists program leads in overall program and business delivery and implementation
- Designs and leads workshops / interviews
- Performs analysis of business / regulatory needs related to vendor products in the FCC domain
- Serves as point of contact to ensure business requirements are being met
- Manages integration of client's anti-fraud and anti-money laundering products
Requirements
- Experience in Treasury and Payments programs
- Ability to write detailed business design documents and process flows
- Skills in managing workshops and interviews
- Knowledge of business/regulatory needs in the FCC domain
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering products
- Ability to work with technical and project management teams
- Excellent communication skills with Senior Stakeholders
