About the role
- Develop and manage integrated plans for OOBF and cost-down initiatives.
- Develop and Maintain schedule, and budget; manage change control.
- Collaborate with Systems, ME/EE, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to implement solutions.
- Identify cost-down opportunities and track savings.
- Act as single point of contact for client; prepare executive updates materials.
- Facilitate governance calls and maintain transparent communication.
- Ensure adherence to client QMS and safety protocols.
- Monitor budget and burn rate; support rate card and contracting processes.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of proven project management experience in engineering environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Preferred: Exposure to Systems/ME/EE engineering.
- Experience with supplier cost-down and DFM/DFA practices.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485/FDA QSR).
- Background in RCA/CAPA and cost-down delivery.
