About the role
- Analyze, implement, and maintain client fee schedules for new clients, services, or contractual changes
- Ensure all items are billable and issue accurate first invoices under new conditions
- Provide clear guidance to clients and partners on initial invoices
- Contribute to user-friendly procedures and promote consistent invoicing methods across global locations
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of financial analysis and billing processes
- Knowledge of project management or continuous improvement initiatives
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Availability to work in Porto
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, strong communication, and teamwork
