About the role

  • Analyze, implement, and maintain client fee schedules for new clients, services, or contractual changes
  • Ensure all items are billable and issue accurate first invoices under new conditions
  • Provide clear guidance to clients and partners on initial invoices
  • Contribute to user-friendly procedures and promote consistent invoicing methods across global locations

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and billing processes
  • Knowledge of project management or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Availability to work in Porto
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, strong communication, and teamwork
