About the role

  • Lead end-to-end business transformation and transition projects for global clients.
  • Execute transition projects with precision while providing expert advisory services to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external client stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Change Management specialists to develop strategies that facilitate adoption of new processes.
  • Design comprehensive transition strategies and roadmaps tailored to specific client needs.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular progress updates.
  • Measure and report on transition progress, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • Min 3 years’ experience in Project Management and proven track of Transition Management projects delivery.
  • Fluency in English & French is a must.
  • Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset).
  • Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices.
  • Experience in planning, managing and executing the overall/part of a transition program for various Function/s.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
