About the role

  • Develop and continuously refine test strategies cutomised to SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage across functional modules such as O2C, EHS, P2P, and Warehouse Management
  • Align testing plans with business objectives and client expectations
  • Lead all phases of the testing lifecycle: integration, system, regression, UAT, and performance testing
  • Oversee test scenario design, planning, execution, and reporting for SAP S/4HANA and related modules
  • Drive adoption and execution of test automation frameworks
  • Promote autonomous testing practices and ensure scalable automation strategies are in place
  • Act as a trusted advisor on testing matters, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination and collaboration across business and technical teams
  • Identify opportunities to expand testing services within existing and new client engagements
  • Propose innovative testing solutions that add value and support client transformation goals
  • Lead and mentor test analysts, automation engineers, and UAT coordinators
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams, business users, and external partners
  • Clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure testing excellence across modules like O2C, EHS, P2P, and WM
  • Continuously assess and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Champion best practices in SAP testing and automation across the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of SAP testing experience, including 5 years as a Test Manager on SAP S/4HANA projects
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience leading test automation initiatives for SAP
  • Expertise in test strategy design and execution across SAP modules (O2C, EHS, P2P, WM)
  • Experience driving automation adoption and embedding best practices
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
