Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years Marketing Cloud Tech Lead or Architect experience with hands on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience, including data source integration to support campaign list input, segmentation, and analytics
  • Require good consulting and communication skills to enable direct engagement with client to understand Marketing Cloud campaign requirements and define and design technical solutions to meet client defined Marketing business requirements.
  • Experience with Return Path for Email Optimization and Reputation Monitoring, desired
  • Experience with Audience Builder for high frequency and no SQL segmentation, desired
  • Experience with Interaction Studio to deliver customer experiences in real-time across channels, desired
  • Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Social Specialist
