About the role
- You advise our clients on all matters related to the modernization or implementation of insurance core systems — including in the exciting context of AI solutions.
- Together with client decision-makers (business and IT), you develop innovative solution strategies.
- You maintain a holistic view of the business challenges facing the industry and individual projects.
- You take responsibility for functional architecture topics in consulting and implementation projects.
- You share your expertise not only internally but also with the global community.
- You contribute to publications and pass on your know-how to colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting and software development projects within the insurance industry
- Strong expertise in business processes and insurance core systems, with strengths in methodology, design, technology, and integration
- Excellent communication skills, subject-matter leadership and a strong customer focus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related reasons
- Business-fluent German and English
