About the role

  • Responsible for designing the technology solution, overseeing development and implementation of the solution
  • Providing technical leadership and support to the delivery team for end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Loyalty Management implementations
  • Technical Knowledge of Digital Marketing Applications, infrastructure and development of IT and Cloud
  • Understanding of Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation from a technology perspective
  • Logical Architecture Development and rapid prototyping
  • Analyzing client’s technology problems, implications, and needs
  • Analyzing application and infrastructure environment
  • Setting the collaboration framework
  • Creating technology solution overviews / prototypes
  • Leading technology selection
  • Overseeing technology solution development and testing
  • Design data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks for loyalty programs

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Loyalty Management
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
  • Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Understanding engineering and software architecture design
