About the role
- Responsible for designing the technology solution, overseeing development and implementation of the solution
- Providing technical leadership and support to the delivery team for end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Loyalty Management implementations
- Technical Knowledge of Digital Marketing Applications, infrastructure and development of IT and Cloud
- Understanding of Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation from a technology perspective
- Logical Architecture Development and rapid prototyping
- Analyzing client’s technology problems, implications, and needs
- Analyzing application and infrastructure environment
- Setting the collaboration framework
- Creating technology solution overviews / prototypes
- Leading technology selection
- Overseeing technology solution development and testing
- Design data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks for loyalty programs
Requirements
- At least 15 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce core platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Loyalty Management
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
- Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Understanding engineering and software architecture design
