About the role
- Develop and implement an annual PR strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and updating it to reflect current needs and trends
- Coordinate with the PR agency to manage content creation
- Monitor media coverage daily to identify important issues, recommend paid collaborations, and manage regular editorial partnerships, ensuring proactive crisis management
- Prepare and support experts for media appearances
- Managing website updates and collaborating with global teams on reporting
Requirements
- Min. 3+ years of experience in PR and processes
- Strong proof reading and written communication skills both in English (min. B2) and Polish
- Experience in building communication strategies (in the area of PR) and further project implementation
- Strong collaboration skills with business/ stakeholders and in prioritizing tasks
