About the role
- Manage the enterprise Glidepath model including structure and continuous improvement
- Consolidate and validate assumptions from cross-functional teams
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity modeling
- Prepare trend analyses and recommendations for senior leadership
- Partner with Finance Innovations to design reporting tools and prototypes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- MBA or MS strongly preferred
- 2+ years of related experience
- Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and analytical problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in MS Excel
- Power BI proficiency considered a plus
- Executive communication skills—written, verbal, and visualization
