About the role

  • Support the Transition Program Manager in delivering complex global transition programs
  • Take ownership of specific workstreams within large-scale projects, ensuring smooth execution of transition activities and alignment with transformation objectives.
  • Lead assigned transition workstreams within multi-country and multi-tower programs
  • Contribute to program governance by ensuring compliance with methodologies and reporting standards
  • Deliver transition activities on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions and ramp-up activities for operational readiness
  • Identify risks and issues early, propose mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary
  • Prepare detailed progress reports for your workstreams and support overall program reporting

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Business Process Transitions and project management
  • Familiarity with transition and transformation models (Lift-and-Shift, BTO, TaaS)
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in international environments and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree required; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems or transition tools is an advantage
