About the role
- Support the Transition Program Manager in delivering complex global transition programs
- Take ownership of specific workstreams within large-scale projects, ensuring smooth execution of transition activities and alignment with transformation objectives.
- Lead assigned transition workstreams within multi-country and multi-tower programs
- Contribute to program governance by ensuring compliance with methodologies and reporting standards
- Deliver transition activities on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions and ramp-up activities for operational readiness
- Identify risks and issues early, propose mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary
- Prepare detailed progress reports for your workstreams and support overall program reporting
Requirements
- Solid experience in Business Process Transitions and project management
- Familiarity with transition and transformation models (Lift-and-Shift, BTO, TaaS)
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in international environments and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree required; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
- Experience with ERP systems or transition tools is an advantage
