About the role

  • Join the Capgemini PLM community as a Junior Consultant (m/f/d) and take responsibility for integrating new technologies into business architectures as part of a team.
  • Act as a Business Analyst or Application Consultant, advising our clients and shaping their digital transformation in Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
  • Understand the requirements of clients in the automotive, aerospace and mechanical engineering sectors and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Support the design of business and system architectures and accompany the implementation of leading PLM systems.
  • Create specifications, solution designs, and effort estimates with a focus on business value.
  • Use your subject-matter expertise to develop tailored solutions in the context of Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, keep up with IT trends, and contribute to maintaining Capgemini's leading position.
  • Work with client decision-makers to develop practical deliverables and present them to other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree in a STEM field
  • Some experience with a PLM system such as 3DExperience ENOVIA or Siemens Teamcenter
  • Knowledge of current technologies in the context of Industry 4.0 and cloud, and an interest in engineering and manufacturing processes
  • Quick comprehension, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (very good command of both languages)
  • Willingness to travel for client projects
