About the role
- Support the development of technical and commercial proposals in the automation field
- Act as a tech lead in the definition and implementation of testing frameworks
- Serve as a technical mentor for junior profiles, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
- Actively contribute to the evolution of the automation offering, aligning it with market and client needs.
Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appian, Playwright,Katalon etc.)
- Experience in CI/CD , test integration in pipelines, and reusable frameworks
- Technical leadership and team guidance skills
- Strategic vision and ability to collaborate with commercial and product areas
- Ability to think in terms of algorithms, logic, and architecture is valued, with adaptability to different tech stacks
- Availability to work in Lisbon
